Watch a clip from the new Daft Punk documentary

Last night, US TV network Showtime premiered Daft Punk Unchained, the new documentary about the elusive French duo.

Rolling Stone are currently hosting a snippet of the documentary, which revolves around their 2006 Coachella set that blasted them into superstardom. The film also features interviews with ex-manager Pedro Winter and music journalist Michaelangelo Matos, who said of the incredible set:

"No one had seen anything like that, no one had seen that level of production. Everybody who was in the tent was texting everybody else: 'You are missing this! This is the greatest thing I've ever seen! You're missing the greatest performance of all time.'"

The documentary, directed by Hervé Martin Delpierre, charts the success of the robots from their inception through to their huge success at the 2014 Grammy Awards.
