Molly & Tacos feat Gia Wilde - Can You See Me / Housetown

Making a welcome return, US label Housetown Records signal the start of the Summer season & drop the Molly & Tacos single 'Can You See Me' on promo.

Featuring Gia Wilde, Molly & Tacos deliver a retro-tinged House cut that fuses 70's acoustic disco, jazzy instrumentation & lo-fi charm. The groove is driven by dusty Rhodes chords, sun-kissed guitar & a warm, funky bassline - topped off by Gia Wilde’s breezy vocal that feels both nostalgic & fresh.

On remix duties, is label friend & collaborator Jake Childs - who first heard the instrumental from Molly & Tacos & knew it needed a vocal that could match its silky groove. Brining in Gia Wilde, a singer he’d wanted to work with for a while - her voice is rich, soulful & subtly hypnotic.

Closing out the package, included is the Jason Merle remix - who seamlessly manipulates Gia Wilde's purposely monotone vocals in a repetitive manner in the intro, then opens up to the full vocals and delivered in the same manner in the single's first & only verse.
